Louisville, KY (January 18, 2026) – A crash involving two minivans resulted in injuries to at least two individuals on Friday morning at the intersection of Champion Farms Dr and Springhurst Blvd, prompting a coordinated EMS response.
The incident occurred around 11:18 a.m. on January 16. According to dispatch audio, the collision involved a black minivan and a blue minivan. First responders arrived on scene and confirmed that two occupants had sustained injuries. A 46-year-old female was reported to have chest and knee pain, while a 70-year-old male was experiencing difficulty breathing.
EMS units were dispatched from multiple nearby locations to provide assistance. Responders remained on scene to evaluate and treat the injured individuals before transport to local medical facilities. The full extent of their conditions has not been released.
