Madison, TN (January 20, 2026) – First responders rushed to the scene of a crash with injuries late Monday night in the Madison area of Nashville.

The accident occurred around 11:07 p.m. on January 19 at the intersection of E Old Hickory Blvd and Larkin Springs Rd. Emergency responders from Nashville Fire and Rescue provided on-site medical care to injured victims. Paramedics evaluated multiple individuals, and at least one person sustained injuries requiring immediate treatment.

The crash, which involved at least two vehicles, led to lane disruptions as crews worked to secure the area and care for those involved. The extent of the damage has not been publicly confirmed, but the impact caused temporary delays near the intersection late into the night.

Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department are continuing to investigate the events that led to the collision. At this time, no further details regarding contributing factors have been released.
