Sonora, CA (July 22, 2026) – A T-bone collision left at least one person with major injuries on eastbound State Route 108 near Via Este Road east of Sonora on Tuesday, July 21, according to dispatch logs. One of the vehicles involved was a tree service truck.
Emergency crews, including fire and EMS units, responded to the scene, and the westbound lane was blocked for several hours before reopening. The circumstances remain under investigation.
