Jacksonville, IL (June 4, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision at the intersection of W Walnut St and N Church St left one person hurt on Wednesday afternoon, June 3. The wreck was reported at approximately 1:39 p.m.
Joseph Peterson, 33, of Jacksonville, was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for treatment following the collision. The other driver, Denise M. Breen, 51, of Carlinville, was cited for failing to yield.
