What Factors Contribute to Rollover Crashes on Curved Roads
Rollover crashes can occur when a vehicle loses stability, especially while navigating curves at higher speeds. Sudden steering movements or loss of traction can increase the risk.
Vehicles may also overturn if they leave the roadway or encounter uneven terrain along the shoulder.
Wearing seat belts and slowing on curves can help reduce the risk of severe injuries in these types of crashes.
