Meadow Vista, CA (January 4, 2026) – A crash involving multiple individuals resulted in injuries at the intersection of Combie Rd and Cascade Crossing Rd in Meadow Vista. Emergency responders from Placer County, including CHP officers and local fire agencies, arrived on the scene shortly after 8:47 p.m., where medics and fire crews worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the collision.
Initial reports indicate that the incident involved a white Toyota Corolla that left the roadway and traveled down a nearby embankment. Bystanders observed several individuals around the vehicle shortly after the crash. Witnesses told dispatchers that the vehicle was later seen pulled into a back alley behind the Holiday Market, signaling an attempt by those involved to flee the scene.
According to CHP logs, at least one passenger sustained visible injuries and was treated on site before being transported for further care. Fire and EMS units responded with urgency, and multiple law enforcement units were requested to help secure the area near Armstrong Rd and Cascade Crossing.
Further investigation revealed that the driver may have been a teen under active juvenile supervision with previous restrictions involving alcohol and drug use.
