The call came in around 3:45 a.m., involving a 59-year-old woman who was reportedly experiencing difficulty breathing. According to dispatch details, the woman may have been involved in a traffic-related incident, with witnesses noting that another vehicle possibly fled the scene before emergency personnel arrived.
