What Factors Can Increase Pedestrian Risk on State Highways?
Longer stretches of roadway near State Route 121 and North Avenue may encourage higher speeds. Injury accident responses in Millen often focus on maintaining scene visibility and protecting those involved.
Pedestrians crossing state highways may face challenges due to traffic speed and limited crossing points. Drivers may have less time to react, especially in early morning conditions when visibility can vary.
Road design, lighting, and driver awareness all affect safety. Clear crossings and attentive driving can help reduce the risk of serious pedestrian crashes on these types of roads.
