Crestiline, CA (September 11, 2026) – At least one person was injured Thursday evening, September 10, in a head-on collision near Springy Path and Lake Drive in the Lake Arrowhead area. It happened around 5:20 p.m.
A white, older-model Dodge Ram pickup and a smaller gray Ford Fiesta were involved, according to initial reports. One occupant of the Ram was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Fire crews responded to the scene, and eastbound Manzanita Drive at Lake Drive was blocked while crews worked. A tow truck was requested to remove the Ford.
The cause of the wreck was not immediately known. We hope for a full recovery for everyone involved.
