Spring Valley, CA (August 6, 2026) — Minor injuries were reported after two sport utility vehicles collided on Jamacha Road in Spring Valley on Wednesday, August 5.
California Highway Patrol dispatch records show the crash was reported shortly before 8:50 a.m. in front of the Chevron station at 8659 Jamacha Road. The vehicles were identified as a black Infiniti sport-utility vehicle and a brown Mazda sport-utility vehicle.
Both vehicles blocked the roadway after the collision. Two tow trucks were requested, and CHP later updated the incident classification to a minor-injury crash. Authorities continue investigating the collision.
