Las Vegas, NV (July 9, 2026) – A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries in a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of North Rampart Boulevard and Canyon Run Drive on the eastern edge of Summerlin on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred at approximately 1:34 p.m. just south of Summerlin Parkway, according to police. Investigators said a 1998 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 68-year-old man was traveling northbound in the left-turn lane on North Rampart Boulevard at Canyon Run Drive under a steady circular green signal. A 2018 Mercedes-Benz driven by a 39-year-old woman was traveling behind the Toyota in the same left-turn lane.
The police also reported that a 2025 Lexus driven by a 57-year-old woman was stopped at a red light in the eastbound left-turn lane on Canyon Run Drive at Rampart Boulevard when the collision occurred. Additional details about how the vehicles and motorcycle came together have not been released.
