Lucas Twp, MN (September 1, 2026) – A Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling southbound on Highway 23 when it collided with a Chevrolet Equinox traveling northbound near County Road 10. The collision occurred at about 5:52 a.m. on Monday, August 31.
The motorcycle driver, 27-year-old Cody Dean Cleveland of Wood Lake, was hurt and taken to Marshall ER. The Chevrolet driver, 16-year-old Nicole Mae Schwartz of Vesta, was not hurt.
Emergency units assisted at the location. The investigation into what led to the wreck remains underway, with additional details expected as they become available.
