Prince George’s Co., MD (August 26, 2026) – A motorcyclist was critically injured late on Monday night, August 24, in a hit-and-run crash near Kenilworth Avenue and Windom Road in Prince George’s County. Authorities responded at approximately 10:00 p.m, and found the injured rider at the scene; he was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
The police said the driver of the vehicle that struck the motorcycle left the scene. Authorities had not released any identifying information about that vehicle.
The roadway was closed for several hours while investigators examined the scene and reopened shortly before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. Investigators continue reviewing the crash.
