Tallahassee, FL (September 1, 2026) – A motorcycle driver died on Sunday night after a crash involving a car at Apalachee Pkwy and Connor Blvd in Tallahassee. The collision happened shortly after 7:30 p.m.
The motorcycle rider and the car driver were both men from Tallahassee. The motorcycle driver was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, where he was pronounced dead.
The car driver was not injured and was the vehicle’s only occupant. Traffic was diverted from Connor Blvd, while vehicles on Apalachee Pkwy were also being turned around near the intersection.
The area remained closed while the Florida Highway Patrol examined the circumstances surrounding the wreck. Drivers were asked to avoid the intersection and use alternate routes.
