Lancaster, PA (July 27, 2026) – A 29-year-old motorcyclist lost his life after a traffic collision involving an SUV along the 500 block of Camargo Road in Providence Township on Saturday, July 25.
The two-vehicle crash happened shortly before noon. Emergency units arrived and found the motorcyclist with fatal injuries. The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office identified the rider as Daniel Pryer, 29, of Quarryville, and pronounced him dead at the roadway. The death was later ruled accidental.
Camargo Rd remained closed for an extended period while crews examined the roadway and documented evidence. No information about the SUV driver or any additional injuries was released.
State investigators continue working to determine the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
