Tracy, CA (August 14, 2026) – A motorcyclist died on Thursday morning, August 13, after losing control while taking the on-ramp from SR-132 to northbound I-5 near Tracy, according to dispatch logs. A witness said the rider slid out and off the roadway around 7:30 a.m.
Bystanders set up cones to help direct traffic around the scene until crews arrived. Both lanes were blocked before reopening later that morning.
