Victoria, TX (July 7, 2026) – A 24-year-old motorcyclist was seriously hurt after a crash on Sunday evening on N John Stockbauer Ln near Baltimore Ave in Victoria.
The crash happened shortly before 9 p.m. Police said a 72-year-old woman driving a Nissan was traveling south in a turn lane on N John Stockbauer Ln and attempted to turn left onto Baltimore Ave. The Nissan turned into the path of a northbound motorcycle, causing the two vehicles to collide.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries. A 22-year-old passenger in the Nissan was also taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the collision remains under review as investigators continue gathering information. We are thinking of those hurt and hope they recover fully.
