Glasgow, KY (August 11, 2026) – A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries on Sunday morning, August 9, after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Main Street and Bowen Avenue in Glasgow, Barren County.
According to the Glasgow Police Department, officers responded to the intersection after receiving a report of a two-vehicle collision.
A preliminary investigation found that a motorcycle operated by Dakota Dixon Lee was traveling east in the wrong lane when it collided with a vehicle operated by Lucinda Hurt. Police said Hurt was attempting to turn left from Bowen Avenue onto East Main Street when the crash occurred.
Lee was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Hurt sustained minor injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information was immediately available.
