What Is Considered After a Motorcycle Crash Investigation?
Motorcycle crashes can involve several factors that investigators review when determining how a collision occurred. Evidence such as vehicle positions, roadway conditions, visibility, traffic patterns, and statements from those involved may help establish the sequence of events.
Because motorcycles offer less protection than passenger vehicles, the severity of injuries can vary with speed, impact location, protective equipment, and other factors. Investigators may also examine damage patterns and other scene evidence to better understand the circumstances surrounding the crash.
