Phoenix, AZ (August 4, 2026) – A man on foot suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident on Sunday night, August 2, in Phoenix. The incident happened shortly before 8 p.m. near the intersection of 24th Street and Pinchot Avenue.
Emergency units responded to reports of a pedestrian-involved collision and found a man in distress at the scene. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
