Nashville, TN (January 14, 2026) – A traffic accident with reported injuries occurred early Wednesday morning at Exit 81 on I-65 North near the Wedgewood Ave exit in the Vine Hill area, according to Metro Nashville Police.
The crash was reported at approximately 7:27 a.m. and involved at least one vehicle along the northbound lanes of the interstate. Responding officers and emergency medical services arrived quickly to secure the area and attend to the injured.
Medical personnel provided care on the scene, and at least one individual was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. The exact nature of the injuries has not yet been disclosed, and authorities have not released additional details about the parties involved.
