Responding units from Norfolk Fire-Rescue arrived on scene to find a gray Dodge Caravan with visible damage. The second vehicle involved—a white car—reportedly fled the scene before authorities arrived. First responders on site provided medical attention to a 76-year-old individual who reported chest pain and shortness of breath following the crash.
