Norfolk, VA (January 9, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash caused early morning delays and resulted in injuries on Friday on westbound I-264 near the I-64 off-ramp in Norfolk. The crash was reported around 4:40 a.m. at Exit 14 and involved a red Chevy Equinox and a black SUV.
Responding units arrived at the scene and located both vehicles, which were partially blocking the ramp area. At least one person was reported injured, and medical teams evaluated and provided treatment on site. The full extent of the injuries remains unconfirmed at this time.
Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as crews worked to assist the injured and determine the precise ramp location involved. Cleanup and investigation efforts caused additional delays during the early morning commute.
