What to Know About Intentional Vehicle Crashes
A crash that investigators believe was intentional can involve different legal and liability considerations than an ordinary traffic collision. Evidence such as witness statements, vehicle positions, surveillance footage, and physical evidence may help investigators determine how the incident occurred.
People seriously injured in a collision may require immediate medical treatment and ongoing care. Documenting medical treatment and other losses can be important when evaluating potential legal claims.
If you or someone you know has been injured in a crash, speaking with a qualified personal injury attorney can help clarify available legal options. We hope Martin makes a full recovery.
