Indianapolis, IN (August 21, 2026) – A woman died on Wednesday evening, August 19, after a three-vehicle crash in the 7600 block of Madison Avenue on the city’s south side.
Emergency personnel found three vehicles involved when they arrived. The woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
Madison Avenue was closed in both directions between East Stop 10 Road and Brewer Drive while investigators examined the scene. Authorities continue reviewing the collision.
