Mesquite, NV (July 6, 2026) – One person died, and three others were injured after a four-vehicle collision on Sunday, July 5, on northbound Interstate 15 near Pioneer Boulevard in Mesquite. The accident was reported around 1:50 p.m.
Emergency units arrived after reports of several vehicles involved on the interstate. One recreational vehicle was seen on its side and on fire, though the initial report did not confirm how the vehicles came together.
Three people were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. One fatality was confirmed, but the person’s name had not been released.
Northbound Interstate 15 was closed for several hours while crews worked at the site. The lanes later reopened. The cause of the crash remains under review.
