Motley Township, MN (August 25, 2026) – One person was hurt on Monday morning when two vehicles collided on Highway 10 in Morrison County.
The collision occurred around 8:08 a.m. near County Road 28. A 2015 Nissan Rogue was traveling westbound on Highway 10 while a 2024 Honda Civic was traveling eastbound when the vehicles collided.
The Rogue was driven by 23-year-old Braden Bean Fletcher of Eden Prairie. He was not hurt and was wearing a seat belt. The Civic was driven by 29-year-old Thomas Jay Erickson of Verndale, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Staples Hospital.
Both vehicles had their airbags deploy. Alcohol was not suspected as a factor, and the roadway was dry. The circumstances surrounding the accident are still being examined.
