Rochester, MN (June 24, 2026) – One person was injured following a two-vehicle collision on Monday evening on Highway 63 in Rochester.
According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 7:11 p.m. on June 22 on southbound Highway 63 just south of the Highway 52 intersection in Olmsted County. Investigators reported that a 2008 Honda Civic and a 2013 Chevy Equinox were both traveling southbound when the vehicles made contact.
The Honda was driven by 19-year-old Riley James Lacroix of Rochester. An 18-year-old passenger, Haylee Jo Lundstrom, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment. Another passenger in the Honda, 17-year-old Brandi Jo Wiebald, was not injured.
The driver of the Chevy Equinox, 35-year-old Cedieu Fieffe of Worthington, and passenger Elissaint Regustin, 54, of Miami, Florida, were not injured. Authorities indicated that road conditions were dry at the time of the collision; they continue to review the circumstances surrounding the crash.
