St. Louis, MO (July 28, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident on southbound I-170 left one person injured on Sunday evening in St. Louis County. The crash happened north of Airport Road around 5:42 p.m. on July 26.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol report said a 2016 Buick Regal struck the left rear of a 2013 Nissan Rogue while both vehicles were traveling southbound. The Buick had moderate damage and was towed from the roadway, while the Nissan was driven away.
A 32-year-old Florissant man riding in the Buick was taken to SSM Health DePaul Hospital-St. Louis has moderate injuries. The drivers, a 24-year-old Florissant woman and a 71-year-old Florissant man, were not reported injured. The investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
