Lexington, KY (August 15, 2026) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Thursday morning at N Broadway and the I-75 ramp in Lexington. The Lexington Police Department said crews were dispatched at about 8:31 a.m. on August 13.
The injured person was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The police said the Lexington Fire Department extracted the person from one of the vehicles.
One inbound lane remained closed while crews waited for a tow truck. The report provided no further information about the people involved. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under review.
