Elk Grove, CA (August 27, 2026) – A fatal accident involving a Tesla and a tractor was reported early on Thursday morning at Kammerer Rd and Promenade Pkwy.
The California Highway Patrol record indicates the Tesla caught fire after the vehicles collided. A gray Tesla and a gray tractor were listed in the dispatch information.
Elk Grove police later confirmed they had arrived at the location. An evidence tow was requested, while a separate tow was placed on hold pending further instructions.
