Lebanon, OH (July 30, 2026) – A 68-year-old woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday, July 29. The vehicles came together around 1:40 p.m. at East Main Street and South High Street.
The Lebanon woman was driving a 2020 Nissan Rogue south on South High Street when it collided with a trailer being pulled west by a 2024 Peterbilt semi-truck.
The Nissan stopped partially off the right side of the road, while the semi remained within the roadway. Emergency units brought the woman to a local hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
Investigators continue examining the wreck to determine the full sequence of events. We hope the hospitalized woman receives attentive care and steady support during her recovery.
