Orlando, FL (January 20, 2026) – A pregnant woman was transported to AdventHealth East Orlando on Monday following a motor vehicle accident on Lake Underhill Road. The incident occurred in the afternoon hours of January 19 and involved multiple occupants in the vehicle.
According to dispatch information, the woman sustained lower abdominal pain from a seatbelt-related injury during the crash. She was categorized as a “trauma green” patient, meaning her condition was stable, and was taken to the hospital for precautionary care. Two elderly women were also in the vehicle at the time, though their conditions were not specified.
Rescue 71 from Orange County Fire Rescue managed the transport and confirmed the patient was stable during the five-minute journey to the hospital.
Authorities have not released details regarding the cause of the crash, and no other injuries were immediately reported.
