Orlando, FL (January 24, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident resulted in injuries and blocked traffic Friday afternoon, January 23, at the intersection of Old Winter Garden Rd and North Cottage Hill Rd in Orlando.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly after 12:40 p.m., confirming that two vehicles were involved and the roadway was temporarily obstructed. Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies and fire rescue teams responded promptly. Medic 3 transported one patient to Orlando Health South with advanced life support care, while a second rescue unit was requested for an additional injured individual.
The accident occurred on January 23 in a heavily traveled area of west Orlando. Responders worked quickly to assist the injured, assess the scene, and move the vehicles from the roadway to restore traffic flow.
