The incident occurred around 2:11 p.m. near a local funeral home, prompting a response from Parkersburg Fire and Police, along with Wood County Sheriff’s deputies. Initial reports from the scene confirmed a collision involving at least two vehicles. A pregnant woman traveling in a blue car was treated by medics on-site, and a second ambulance was requested for another involved driver.
