East Stroudsburg, PA (September 4, 2026) – A woman was hurt on Thursday afternoon after a vehicle struck her near N Courtland St and Spruce St.
The accident happened around 4:12 p.m. on September 3. A black Kia with Pennsylvania registration remained at the site after hitting the pedestrian, according to the initial report.
