Vineland, NJ (August 11, 2026) – A 52-year-old woman died Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle on West Landis Avenue near Mill Road. The crash was reported at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday, August 9.
Leslie F. Willoe, of Vineland, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said Sidney M. Baez, 27, of Millville, was driving a black 2021 Honda Accord eastbound on West Landis Avenue when the vehicle struck Willoe.
Baez was not hurt. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the fatal pedestrian collision.
The investigation was assigned to the Vineland Police Department Traffic Unit. Additional details about the circumstances surrounding the accident were not immediately available.
