Bethlehem, PA (September 10, 2026) – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a speeding driver at Daly Ave and Wind Creek Blvd Monday afternoon, September 7.
The pedestrian was walking in a marked crosswalk when the driver struck them. Police said the driver was speeding and using a cellphone before the crash.
The 24-year-old driver from Allentown, was charged with felony vehicular homicide and other offenses related to the fatal crash. A district judge set his bail at $250,000, and he was taken to Northampton County Prison after failing to post bail.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
