Frostburg, MD (August 27, 2026) – An 83-year-old man was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday night near New Georges Creek Rd and Old National Pike. The pedestrian collision occurred around 11:07 p.m. on August 25.
Emergency personnel went to the intersection after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. The man was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering injuries. The driver was identified as a person under 18, but no further identifying information was released. The investigation into the circumstances of the wreck is still underway.
