St. George, UT (August 27, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Tuesday evening, August 25, to a three-vehicle crash with injuries on northbound Interstate 15 near milepost 6 at Bluff Street in St. George.
The incident was reported around 7:00 p.m. Fire, EMS, and law enforcement units responded to the scene, and drivers were advised to move over for emergency vehicles. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
