Beavercreek, OH (July 19, 2026) – A 27-year-old Dayton man died after being struck by an SUV on northbound Interstate 675 near Kemp Road. The crash happened just before 4:55 a.m. on Friday, July 17.
According to Beavercreek Police, a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling in the far right lane when it struck the man in the roadway. The man was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The driver of the Equinox was not hurt in the crash. Northbound Interstate 675 was closed for about two hours while crews worked at the scene. Our condolences go out to the victim’s loved ones.
