Phoenix, AZ (January 7, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched on Tuesday morning to assist an injured individual near the westbound overpass at I-17 and South 15th Street in Phoenix.
The incident was reported at approximately 10:10 a.m. on January 6. Engine 905 was assigned to the scene to provide medical aid. While it remains unclear whether the injury was related to a traffic collision or another incident near the roadway, responders treated the individual on-site.
The severity of injuries and the cause of the incident have not yet been confirmed. The area surrounding the overpass may have experienced minor delays as crews responded.
