The incident appears to involve a gray Nissan Altima, which reportedly fled the scene after striking another vehicle.
Emergency crews were initially dispatched to multiple locations, including Perry Rd at Main St and Stout Heritage Pkwy, due to confusion over the crash’s exact location. Responders later confirmed that the same vehicle was likely involved in both reports and that the primary scene was at Stout Heritage Pkwy.
