Pompano Beach, FL (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early January 9, to a traffic crash with reported injuries at the intersection of North Dixie Hwy and East Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach.
The collision was reported at approximately 1:50 a.m., prompting the dispatch of Rescue 63, Engine 24, and other units to the scene. Police also responded to assist with traffic control and the ongoing investigation. At least one person was reported injured, though the extent of those injuries has not yet been disclosed.
First responders worked to evaluate and care for those involved, while traffic in the area experienced a minor disruption during emergency operations. The number of vehicles involved and the cause of the crash have not been confirmed at this time.
