Portland, OR (January 26, 2026) – Emergency personnel from Portland Fire and Rescue, along with local police, responded early on January 26 to an injury traffic accident along Southeast 148th Ave. Units, including Engine 7, Medic 311, and additional fire crews, were dispatched following reports of a Priority 2 Bravo-level collision, indicating serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Dispatch communications confirmed that emergency responders coordinated entry into the area while assisting those involved. Medic 311 requested access support upon arrival, with Engine 28 directing crews to an alternate entrance located at the rear of the scene. Medics evaluated those hurt in the crash, while one of the drivers was reportedly placed into police custody as the situation developed.
