Portland, OR (January 14, 2026) – A traffic collision resulting in injuries was reported Wednesday in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Portland at the intersection of SE 48th Avenue and SE Hawthorne Boulevard.

Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after the crash occurred. Medics evaluated those involved and provided medical assistance for reported injuries. The number of individuals hurt and the extent of their injuries have not been released at this time.
