What Factors Are Commonly Reviewed After Intersection Crashes?
Intersection crashes often involve multiple points of impact, making them more complex to assess. Details such as traffic signals, right-of-way, and vehicle positioning are often reviewed to determine how the incident occurred.
Driver actions leading up to the crash may also be examined, including speed, visibility, and reaction time. In some cases, road design and signage can influence how vehicles move through an intersection, especially during busy hours.
Vehicle damage patterns and final resting positions can offer insight into the sequence of events. These elements help piece together what happened, especially when early details are limited.
