Jefferson City, MO (September 6, 2026) – A man was hurt on Friday afternoon after a two-vehicle collision on southbound US-63 at Renz Farm Road in Callaway County. The crash was reported around 1:10 p.m. on September 4.
Traffic had become congested, and the driver of a 2005 Ford E-350 failed to slow in time. The Ford struck the rear of a 2014 Volkswagen Passat. The 24-year-old Jefferson City man driving the Passat suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital by private vehicle.
A towing service removed both vehicles from the scene as the investigation continues. We hope the injured driver makes a full recovery.
