Lake Elsinore, CA (July 28, 2026) – Two people suffered injuries following a crash involving two vehicles on northbound Interstate 15 near Lake Street in Lake Elsinore. The incident occurred on Sunday morning, July 26, at approximately 3:00 a.m.
Initial reports indicated a blue sedan and a white Nissan Pathfinder were involved in the collision. The vehicles came to rest in the center divider area, with one vehicle reported to be not drivable after the crash. Responding Deputies transported two people from separate vehicles to Corona Regional Medical Center with minor injuries, according to initial reports.
One lane was blocked while crews worked at the scene. Investigators are working to determine what led to the crash, and further updates will be provided when available.
