Rockville, MD (April 17, 2026) – A woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday, April 16, in Rockville.
The crash occurred just after 3:40 p.m. in the 600 block of North Horners Lane. Emergency units responded to the scene and found the woman lying in the roadway after being hit by a black 2011 Acura RDX.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Authorities have not yet released her identity.
The police reported that the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
